Qantas to fly to Delhi from Sydney & Melbourne

QF67 via ADL is on it's way today. Noticed the A330 on my way into the office this morning. And now it's on the way to Delhi. Looks like it was late out of SYD and this delayed into and out of ADL.

Absolutely no way you can do this with a 60 minute fuel stop.
Thanks - I'm wondering if you'll even be able to, or have to, get off the plane given such a short stop (and no lounge access).

Also, looks like there's been very little fanfare from QF for this flight - normally the Qantas PR machine manages to create endless publicity for the most banal of things these days, let alone a new route launch!

Can anybody confirm the status credit earn on the Delhi flights? I've been unable to find this for the QF flights when looking at booking options, or in the calculator... and there's some fine print on the website that has me concerned:
Qantas Points and Status Credits may not be earned on some Fare Types, booking classes, flights or routes

Surely that's not the case here?

See my post #80 in this thread:

You'll earn at least 40 status credits in Y or 150 in J.

The Qantas points/status credits earning table has been updated, with Delhi added.

SYD-DEL is 40 SCs for Economy Sale, 50 SCs for Economy Saver and 75 SCs for Economy Flex. 150-165 SC for Business class, depending on fare class.

As far as I can tell, there is no specific earning category for DRW-DEL so it would be 30-60 SC in Y and 120-140 SC in J based on the "all other flights" table.
what would it be for a classic flight reward as a points club member? TIA.

These are the Points Club status credit earning tables:

And the Qantas region definitions:

India is not listed as being part of any of the regions listed in the Points Club earning tables, so it would be based on the flight distance. All of the Qantas India routes are between 5,000 and 6,500 miles, so that's 26 status credits in Y or 56 status credits in J.

Thanks so much for your response .

The inaugural flight now has the dubious title of being dubbed an "exposure site" by SA Health.

They're listed Rows 11-15 on QF67 on Monday as an exposure site, although they're also suggested this was an 1130 arrival, so possibly wrong info?

But does suggest then that they're selling the SYD ADL leg for domestic flyers?

The A330-200 does not have a row 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15. I would suggest it's the wrong flight.
