Looks like they have reused much of the space of the original international Business lounge that was operational in the mid 90's.Glimpses of the J lounge refurb as I was departing the F lounge earlier in the week.
Sri Lankan send their J and status pax to The House. However as a oneworld carrier, you can try the QF business lounge unless the current space limitation is used as a reason to deny entry.Would anyone know which lounge Sri Lankan passengers will be using?
Thanks in advance
The space @Captain Halliday took a picture of was part of the original Int Bus lounge prior to shuttering up. This part has had those benches and the vertical space defining slat partitions last I was there 2 months ago. It's opposite the 2nd much quieter servery and 2nd set of toilets. It's the area that leads out to the under the 1st escalators overflow J lounge. Although in the picture (might be the angle of the shot) they do seem to be bunched up.Looks like they have reused much of the space of the original international Business lounge that was operational in the mid 90's.
ISTR, that space also being used around 2006 while the First lounge was being built above where it currently is.
