4 options : Machine/kiosk - no assistance
Machine/kiosk - roving staff assisting if required
Machine/kiosk - staff standing by to assist
Dedicated Machine - dedicated staff to assist - essentially removing the desk concept and according to QF, pax needing to queue.
I guess watch this space for an enhancement.
