Seems to be working again fine now. Survey completed and submitted and can log in to my account and it is there.
 
I just did mine, and as I do not watch tv, it seems I do not qualify for the survey.

Bit rude, I did their survey then they tell me they don't like my answers!

Ended up with "Unknown error" etc.
 
Getting the same message.... pool times out in the email link and try and log in and the above message pops up.

Stroke of genius putting out a survey at the last gasp .... way to crash a server :D
I can't get in either. email link gives an error and it won't let me log in.
 
I got the error message as well, though I think it said I had completed the survey. Also had problems getting into the survey. I guess we all got the email round the same time and have been hammering their server.

I couldn't get into my account, though I have now just tried again and it has let me in. At least it confirms that I did complete the survey for my 300 points. This is after I emailed them about the problems.

I also asked them how we can complete the 2 surveys by 31/7/15, given that it is now 7.00pm AEST on the 31st. I asked if they were sending another survey, and would I have to wait up until midnight so that I can complete it in time to qualify. :) I suspect I will get no answer from them!
 
I just got (as in 1 min ago) the invite for my first real 300pt earning survey - and yes got the error msg!

grrrrr
 
Has anyone received a second survey?
i received my third survey about two weeks ago which was about my travel and telephone habits. Since then I have received a follow up invitation to trial a new international calling app on an iPhone as a result of my survey responses. I also received another survey invite today but the system seems a bit overloaded at the moment.

I managed to do the survey eventually but am unable to log into my account. Pretty sad how much time I just wasted to earn 300 QFF points :( - the St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz I'm enjoying at the same time has reduced my care factor.....
 
I must have been lucky - I did the survey just after I posted that I had received the invitation and managed to do it no problems and the 300 points are showing in the Red Planet profile. Would have been seriously annoyed with the error messages many seem to have received.

Completed the survey in just a few minutes.
That survey was really quite simple.
 
Not able to log into survey tonight and when I tried to log in it sent an error message to Red Planet.

30 mins later tried again and I'm in this time.
