Qantas Promises to Fix Ongoing Reward Flight Ticketing Failures

QF has enhanced the app so it only shows flights from their booking system.
It no longer shows flights with other OW airlines.
CRs booked via QF - even without a QF flight - should still show up under MMB.

Otherwise you can’t manage your booking made via QF. Although, there’s usually not a great deal you can do other than “Cancel”. A booking or flight not showing at all is cause for concern and best addressed ASAP as per @serfty ‘s advice above.

I believe the OP was talking about the "trips" tab in the mobile application, not about MMB which is where I suggested they go next.
The trips tab is one of the few parts of the app which is not simply a portal to the QF website.

Thanks all for the help - I have emailed escalations as suggested by @serfty.

FWIW the trip is showing the same in the MMB on browser, and whenever I have tried to resend itinerary for the booking via MMB I also get an error.

Fingers crossed and thanks again.

I have a classic reward booking which appears to have processed incorrectly.

In the app “My trips” are currently only showing one leg (LHR-HND with BA), and the connecting flight (the previous day via HEL with AY) is missing. The booking was made four days ago, but I have not received an e-ticket and points and taxes have not been debited from accounts.

I very much want to preserve the LHR-HND booking but just want to ensure the connection is also being processed.

Compounding things, I am overseas and without reliable phone service, so contact with QF so far has been limited to the contact us form on QFF.

Any ideas appreciated!
The issue here was partly me and partly AY system - I had booked a CR which I wanted to hold until I had secured a better routing.
When I booked the new routing, AY’s system detected that I was already booked on that route on the same day and auto-declined the new/“preferred” booking.

All sorted now - unfortunately no more intra-Europe A350 J seat for me, but happy to have it resolved via phone.
