Has anyone tried applying recently with an income <200k? It looks like the application form now has a hard block if you don't enter 200K in the income section and you can't proceed.
Did you figure this out in the end? Curious as my base is <200k but with bonus / shares vesting / other income my NOA will be over.

Unfortunately with everything I'm only at 160K so I didn't bother with it.

Given that you are actually over 200K, you can populate the other income fields where you might have additional income and see if they will get you over the line?

My base is just shy of 200K but over with bonus and RSUs.

I provided my base as the income, my bonus in the extra income field, and then attached a recent payslip, the payslip that has the bonus, and the last 2 years notice of assessments which show >200K on each.
For proof of employment it also had a base + super amount itemised which was over 200 combined.

I didn't bother providing anything to do with RSUs as I've had trouble in the past.

Got approved without issue in a few days.

I also hit min spend on the first day! Mine landed on first statement.
Good to hear, the first statement should be on the 25th July - waiting on those points to try for an F redemption before the changes in the 4-Aug 😬

Maybe a silly question but does the +20% SC apply to classic award bookings where this card is used to pay taxes? (assuming the traveller has Points Club)

I've seen it mentioned that it doesn't apply to CR, not 100% sure though.

Same timeline for me, have hit the minimum spend this morning so hopefully post in the first statement too.
First statement issued today and points posted within a few hours.

Hi guys, with the new app there is a section that shows QFF points and SCs on the main page and when I click on it, it tells me that on domestic spend I can earn 1.5ppd up until $10k and then its 1ppd thereafter and 2.5ppd on international spend ?

I thought it was 1.25ppd up until $12.5k then 0.5ppd thereafter and even 2ppd on international spend ?

Or did the earn rates suddenly change in our favour ?

This has gotta be the first positive change to any credit card or to QF earn rates generally for many many years lol ?

1ppd domestic uncapped is massive

Has anyone else noticed this ?
How long have these changes been in place ?

Thanks

From the Qantas Money rewards terms documentation which is effective from today, September 8th, there are no changes to earn:

p.s. the QF Ultimate AmEx card earns 1ppd uncapped

I don’t have the card any longer, but looked at the latest terms which have been updated as of today. Hope for your sake that it does increase, but unlikely

I'm not exactly sure if there is a change to the Minimum Income requirement. Based on what I can see it seems like it's now changed to recommended minimum income instead of minimum income?

Relaxing of requirements?

The uncapped earn is the main thing I miss from my Amex platinum, if this is actually changing then that's great news.
