Qantas points upgrade request

Hi all

Just booked a BNE to LAX flight in Flex for July and was looking to do a points upgrade request.
Been a while.
Went to manage booking and I cant find anything about submitting a request.
How do I apply for the points upgrade request.

Went to manage booking

Qantas don't do it that way.

Go to my bookings on a desktop and each flight should have both a "manage" & an "upgrade" select 'button'.

Though isn't that only for a confirmed domestic upgrade not the lottery of international? I am not sure as it's been quite a while since I requested an upgrade for an international flight.
I stand to be corrected

Same for both. (Of course the processes are different).
