Recently flew CNS-BNE-NRT-CTS return...all on QF flight numbers...all one Booking Number.
The NRT-CTS segments were on Jetstar Japan but QF numbered flights.
When I booked I used points plus pay to minimise the cost down a bit...first time I have used this.
Coming back the Jetstar CTS-NRT flight was weather delayed by 6 hours, this meant I missed all the rest of the return flights as well.
I was rebooked on QF80 NRT-MEL, then MEL-CNS the next day.
Also got a Business Upgrade approved for my original NRT-BNE flight... before I missed it.
My question is on the points and SC regarding the NRT-MEL bit have not posted.
50000 points were deducted for the original Business upgrade which listed as NRT-BNE not MEL.
As I did not actually "book" this NRT-MEL flight, Qantas did to reseat me, do I get points/SC for it?
Or do I get points/SC for the originally booked NRT-BNE flight that I missed?
Currently I have no points/SC for the return NRT- Australia leg...
Is this normal or should I wait a few more days for it to clear up?
Thanks
