Qantas Points Club Discussion

Yes, the information certainly says "by 30 September". It does not say "on 30 September". So it is certainly possible that it will arrive before 30 September. In my case, my end of membership year is 30 September, so I would dearly like to see it arrive at least a few days before that to know that the offer commitment has been delivered. And if it does happen to arrive on or around 8 September, then that would be a good thing, but I am not going to be chasing QFF if it has not arrived by 9 September,

As I predicted, I got my points and SC at the same time (2nd Sep)

That’s what I was expecting, although still waiting for mine.

More importantly, as reported here that the “Effective Date” is 01 Sep, so that also helps @NM

Edit
Mine just turned up also and incremented my PC balance by 2500.

Yep, that's what mine suggested...

Received my points and SC.

Lifetime SC tally remains unchanged.

The points are nice, but 2,500 won’t even recoup what I spent on the charity donation to retain Green Tier

The 150 SC is nowhere near enough for me to consider going for P1 having enough bookings already to retain WP without the gift.

Mine are there now. Neither my points tally or my PC points tally have been updated! Hopefully in fixing this my lifetime status will be updated with loyalty status credits! ;)

The 80 status credits and 2500 points dropped into my account on 1 Sep. As I've hit LTG I haven't bothered to see if they have credited against my lifetime tally - I just checked and I have 59,958 credits to go, to achieve LTP

5k points listed in account but total definitely not upped by 5k.

How do they not link each other FFS.
How can points be added but total not changed to reflect?
