In my case, my end of membership year is 30 September, so I would dearly like to see it arrive at least a few days before that to know that the offer commitment has been delivered. And if it does happen to arrive on or around 8 September, then that would be a good thing, but I am not going to be chasing QFF if it has not arrived by 9 September,
