Qantas Points Club Discussion

re. the rollover for PC+ that is.
I'm PC regular, possibly could be referred to as PC- I guess. I haven't heard or read anything about SC rollover or anything like that for us plebs so I'm guessing that we don't receive it.

How does that work – is it automatic or must we phone them about it, or click a link somewhere?

I presume that there is no rollover of SC's for PC regular?

You need to go back and read what Points Club is about, and the terms. Points Club is automatic, no contacting QF required. If PC, there is no status credit rollover. That is a perk of Points Club Plus. There is no PC-. You have Points Club, or you don’t.

More of a tech issue more than anyone, but has anyone else noticed their 100 SC rollover no longer appearing in their SC totals for the year? The app still displays the correct amount for me, but an increasing number of places on the website don't...
I noticed it this morning. My SC count shows 60 on the website, but is 160 due to the rollover I got on 1 November by being PC+.

I wonder exactly what's not showing - is it just rollover or other SC missing such as Green Tier?

Actually would be a little useful to have a QF flight earn showing separate to count up to the bonus at 500SC

This exists on this page:

This deal seems like a good use of the $50 wine voucher for the non wine drinkers.
Not as good as the deal you posted and no green leaf, but this one isn't a bad way to use the voucher:

For a PCP member with 10% discount:

- $4 out of pocket costs
- 1036 points earned (1000 bonus, plus $4 x 9 with current triple points bonus)

Hmmmm I purchased this and haven't received my green leaf 🤔
Did you happen to buy a single bottle of wine? The reason I ask is the T&Cs suggest that you now need to buy a case of 6 at a minimum:
** Eligible wine purchases for Green Tier activity include any Eco-case of 6 or 12 bottles from Qantas Wine. These cases are identified by a green leaf icon. Qantas Wine has partnered with Sustainable Winegrowing Australia to showcase sustainably certified wineries. Wines produced from these wineries are eligible purchases for Green Tier activity. Members of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia must annually report the Sustainable Winegrowing Australia business metrics and complete the self-assessment workbook. Certified members of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia choose to be certified by undergoing an independent third-party audit against the approved certification standards for viticulture and wineries (PDF). Your sustainable wine purchase will be recognised as a Green Tier activity three days after purchase. To purchase from Qantas Wine, you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, 18 years of age and over and have an Australian delivery address. If you return an Eco-friendly case of six or 12 bottles your bonus points will be removed from your account. Liquor Act 2007: No alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18. It’s against the law. Licence Number: LIQP770016736.

Additionally, per the T&Cs the leaf should appear three days after purchase.

That should probably be made clear on the item page then, because it was sold as a single bottle with the green leaf next to it.

Over of the things you learn when you play the frequent flyer game long enough is to pay attention to the fine detail (and fine print). What you may want to try doing is buying something cheap off the Qantas marketplace then spending $1 to make the shop sustainable as that will probably be cheaper than the $70 you’ll spend on a case of green tier wine

I make the delivery of my charity donations sustainable.

I got a leaf for a single bottle of Penfolds a couple of weeks ago.
If it shows the item as 1x bottle and leaf for $X, then good to go.

Some might be 6x or a Doz with leaf. Doesn’t mean those will give a leaf if you buy 1x (assuming you can).
