Yeah I tried to log in earlier and it froze. Wonder if I will have any points left next time I look!

Just got a similar email via TNT which is effecting their pick ups and delivery.

Unlikely to be caused by Petya. Or if it is, that's a total massive fail and the CISO/CIO should be fired. Petya uses the same exploits as WannaCry. So it would be beyond belief that they would be unpatched.

FB has had a message from QF all day saying so maybe other airlines caught as well:
The ticketing system used by the majority of airlines (including Qantas) is experiencing a system outage. This system helps power Qantas.com. We expect to see some improvements soon. Thanks for your patience.

It's a failure in a 3rd Party server that Amadeus use for the booking system.
Amadeus have recently reported it is not to do with the current Petya scamware.

Affects more than just Qantas as Amadeus is used in approx 190 different business markets.

Trains, ferries, hotels...the list goes on.

I checked earlier and my QFF account activity and details were ok, just bookings not showing. Just logged in now and even the FF account is not showing.
Hope that they get back online soon - off to JFK next week, and always reassuring to keep an eye on the booking!

I was able to log on and change seats yesterday when that message was showing.
