However all my flights have disappeared from the website...... "You have no active bookings"........Frantic I rang 131313 (actually the WP version) and was told not to worry, there is a glitch in the system and its been looked into by "senior" technicians

Same here. If you have the QF app your bookings should still appear there.

Same here, my bookings disappeared too. Search for a booking by PNR reveals it, still linked to my QFF#. But attempts to do anything in MMB on the website or the app (tried a classic domestic upgrade) results in "Sorry. The system is currently experiencing difficulties"

Go overseas have paper copies of everything.

I do. Actually I have duplicates. One sleeve has the whole trip so that various immigration people can see I am going to leave the country. Another copy placed in the appropriate time-series for the whole trip. And if a return flight is booked out and back in, another copy of that at the end. I chuck away the time series ones as I go unless I am concerned about some kind of glitch on the credit card for instance.

So much for technology and paperless though.

you sound just like me - no way I don't travel with everything, including cars, hotels, restaurant bookings, etc on paper and in chronological order which gets thrown away as used. I still like to be able to access my bookings in my FF account though, in case something changes (as it so often does with QF).

Qantas.com.au website isn't accessible at the moment, I've tried via wifi and mobile data. YMMV.

Thats exactly what I do!

Web site appears to have been fixed now - bookings now showing up in MMB again.

At midday I was unable to use E/F to look up any Qantas services.

It is back working now, as well as full lists of my Bookings on Qantas.com.

Just received email this morning with a copy of a booking I made months ago (flight from Syd to Darwin for the gathering) No message about any changes, just a "thank you for booking with us"

I have migrated to PDF copies of everything loaded onto my ipad mini (no problems with working offline) with copies emailed to my own gmail account with a label as online backup.

I work with technology; but I don't totally trust technology :)

Clearing cookies is just a silly idea when one website doesn't work. Lose all my history for websites that continue to work.

Why is Qantas constantly tinkering with the website and stuffing it up? I don't have a tablet. Just smartphone and laptop. Website looks awful on smartphone. Constant issues on Firefox.

Latest one is a beauty. Search for flights SYD-BNE for 26 March 2017 and the calendar does not work so cannot move off today. Try typing date manually works some of the time otherwise go to multi-city which uses different page and calendar appears to work there.

I usually take a paper copy of the itin/etix receipt on international trips (except NZ) if for nothing else if border agencies want to see or something let alone an airline issue (which, knock wood, I haven't had so far since e tickets came in). It's just useful to have everything in the one place easy to get at and on paper.. again if I'm at CBP or some other place I can't exacly ask to login to wifi to grab my booking info off the website....

Very useful also for hotel stays to confirm addresses and the like (and CBP has once or twice wanted to see proof?!!)

but this is OT to this thread :) glad it's fixed. I had no bookings to "lose"

My phone goes flat too quickly when traveling.

I'm guessing they performed a critical update and bought the servers down for 10 minutes or so.

More like 12 hours. FM was the first to comment last night.

With Firefox it is quite easy to only delete cookies related to Qantas and leave all the others.

more like put in some changes that caused unintended problems...I checked my son's FF account around 12:30am last night and had no problems accessing the website but all his bookings had disappeared. Maybe a link broken somewhere. I had a nasty few minutes while my mind careered off to options like. Why has he cancelled his bookings, why isn't he come to the wedding, why isn't he communicating with me? Once my heart stopped thudding and logic took over I checked other family FF accounts and found their bookings had disappeared as well, so relaxed knowing it was just a Qantas problem that would be fixed the next day.
