Qantas new website messed up?

have any of you noticed that you can not check the points activity on the new qantas frequent website. It just keeps on taking you back to the home page

Problem exists for me using Chrome at the moment; not fixed by clearing cookies.

Works fine on Safari and Firefox.
 
Weirdly enough I found myself on a qantas webpage with Y and J on the same page - I liked it! Sometimes if you realise J isn't much more then it might make you buy.

Haven't gone looking for it again though.
 
Also having trouble with chrome (clearing cookies no change). Edge works fine.
 
Broken for me as well in Chrome, works in FireFox.. so I cleared my cookies and the first time I got "you have been logged out for security" once clicking your account.. I wasn't actually and second try it worked.

So most likely they have a bug in their new code that gets upset with old cookies.. bit stupid on their part. They should fix that up.. paging Qantas?
 
Three times yesterday when logging in I received a text that had a security number I needed to insert. What was that?
 
Is it just me? When trying to book flights the calendar doesnt allow fastforwarding to new months - to select something in the future I have to manually put in the date

Just click in the top right corner of the calendar next to the month where the arrow should be. It works.

I guess you're taking part in the two-factor authentication trial?
 
Went into FF account on macosx laptop today. The website has been stable since my last problem - 5 green ticks Google chrome V56.

However all my flights have disappeared from the website...... "You have no active bookings"........Frantic I rang 131313 (actually the WP version) and was told not to worry, there is a glitch in the system and its been looked into by "senior" technicians

It's great isn't it. Imagine being with restricted access OS and all your bookings disappear.
