Qantas Mall- Email Notifcation after Purchase?

I haven't used the Qantas Mall for a while as I was using the Velocity mall for the past 4 months. I have finally gone back to Qantas's Mall and have made 3 purchases from Ebay a few days apart. In the past I used to get an email from Qantas acknowledging the purchase but I have not received an single email from them for those 3 purchases.

Do they still send out email straight away confirming the shop?

Usually still get the email, but it can be about 3-4 days after the transaction too.
 
In about half of my Qantas Mall purchases since it started I never got the confirmation email and they are the ones I always have to chase up after 30 days. As TheInsider states, the emails could be a few days after purchase though.

With eBay I've noticed the ones where the seller hasn't marked the purchase as sent - they send it, but don't mark it as so - I don't get a confirmation email for. When this happens I have to chase with QF manually which has become such a pain the last several months as they like to close submitted incidents and not follow up but tell you they are :mad:.
