Points and SCs are unlikely based on previous occasions. Sorry.

I assumed as much; my comment was firmly tongue-in-cheek!

Here's hoping for an op-up :D (once again tongue-in-cheek but I'll take it if it happens)

Okay, 19 of us already registered and in the chart - who is the mystery 20th??
I assure you i'm not that mysterious, just flat out with work to fund my family travel addition, and had not had chance to post :)
so i'm number 20!

I have yet to hear what the actual time of the event is (apart from lunch 'time' that is), but is anyone up for a pre lunch coffee meetup in DeGraves St?

Stoopidsteve, merely based on numbers at previous QF Loyalty events. Considering they are doing this in two cities, each with 20 invitees, it wouldn't be an insubstantial cost (with 7 (possibly 8) of the 20 @ MEL requiring flights, 2 x BNE, 2 x CBR, 2 x ADL, 1 x PER)

Now it's starting to get real...

Depending at what time I get into MEL, I'm up for a coffee :D

I'm interested subject to QF transport arrangements.

I'm getting a bit antsy considering that I have RSVP'ed (28/08 @ approx 3pm) to my Congrats PM and still haven't heard anything back.

Once I have my flight info, I'm happy to post and maybe taxi-pool from the airport with others who are flying in on the day.

Well that makes me lucky number 21 - coming in from BNE
Well there goes that theory QF WP! ;)

Theories are exactly that JessicaTam, until put into practice. 21 is our happy little group now. If we add the expected 4 from QF (QF Loyalty x 3, plus Red Roo) then that gives us 25 in the group. Okay, who wants to blow that theory out of the water :D.

I am coming from TSV, so am hanging out waiting to see what options they give to travel down. If i come down the night before will probably stay at the Hilton on the park and am happy to catch up for prior to the event.

BTW has anyone heard back yet re travel?

I just got the email from Chelsea of Qantas Loyalty with details about Tuesday (including flight recommendations).

Just got an email from QF regarding flights and accom. Putting me up at crown towers

That'd be right, just as I say something :p Maybe I should have picked the Sydney one just to get a day trip....

Travel Guru and I are on the same flight pairs, presume MattinCBR as well. Grogan, are they flying you TSV/BNE/MEL or TSV/SYD/MEL?
