I am not yet a member but got an email saying join up for 5000 bonus aquire points.

Anyone got their points from Regus yet?
I've waited patiently for months but still got nothing. Called Aquire and was told points from Regus do take longer to post and there is not much they can do about it from their end.
Talking to Regus directly didn't help either :(

Almost a month later and still nothing.
Aquire takes no responsibility when it comes to it's partners and Regus said they heard about this partnership but no one there is actually in charge of that.

Ha ha, you kinda have to see the funny side of that :).

Well in not laughing but I'm also not exactly stressed about it either and maybe that's the problem. I call once a month and let them brush me off. Maybe if I would be take a more aggressive approach they would treat this case more seriously.
This issue with is dragging on for almost 6 months now. I even considered holding off payments to Regus until the matter is resolved but can't bring myself to do that (yet).

I am having trouble logging into my Aquire account, when I eventually log in most of the site works - except the pages I want, my profile and activity statement. I have had this issue for the past 3 days. I've tried Chrome, IE and Safari. I called Aquire and they said they have not had any other calls and are not aware of any issues with the site so it is a problem at my end. As I was trying to log in at work, they suggested it may be a network security setting so I should try again from home. I'm home, no change.

I recall seeing posts a while back with others having login issues.

Is anyone else currently having issues? Any ideas?

Nope - just tried no problems. (Using Chrome on an iPad).

Yes, and it took over a month for the points to come through.

I am still unable to look at my Aquire activity statement. Rather frustrating.

Only (possibly unhelpful) suggestion I could make is to clear your browser cache and see if that helps. Sometimes the QF website goes askew on me, and clearing the cache seems to help: perhaps the same would work with the Aquire site.

Thanks kevrosmith, I have but I will try again.
I have tried to look at my activity statement on my own PC and my work terminal, both on Chrome and IE as well as with Safari on my iPad.

The Aquire operator advised me after talking to her supervisor that they have "never had any web site issues reported since the programme started" so it must be on my end......

That's a bit hard to swallow, I have seen multiple posts on this thread regarding logon issues.

Not to mention the time that people logging on got access to all the personal info of the person before them .......

Have yet to be credited the 5,000 bonus points, too. Makes me worry slightly considering the Terms and Conditions stated 8 weeks, it has now been ten, and my understanding was the 5,000 bonus points were via a referral link from my QFF profile, rather than the standard registration process. Would be interested to hear if anyone else has had luck receiving them? I note that someone did after a month.

Checked my account today, and it was credited yesterday. I now have 5000 points. Still don't see any points for my office lease though which should be credited - seems a bit slow.

Received the points on Friday. Agree it's much too slow, but happy to have at least received them!

Just a wee bit of confusion on the Acquire site re: annual fee...
