It has been my experience that they don't update their database to new routes very fast. The issue I alluded to earlier was HVB-SYD as a new route and it didn't credit automatically, or online, as they hadn't loaded it into their systems yet. I had to explain to them what was wrong and they didn't believe me until they finally tried for themselves, and then it took a while for them to actually credit the flights.

I hope they don't mess you around, and also hope it's fixed by the 19th December as I'll be flying it then!!

I don't understand why it doesn't get triggered automatically based on a QF flight credited to my QFF account without worrying about the route flown. I had to also claim missing points for one of my employees when the flight didn't credit to their QFF account for about 3 weeks and then nothing appears in Aquire for another 2 or 3 weeks when I finally did the claim. Which reminds me to check if QF codeshares on AA are eligible for Aquire.

It is a poorly implemented system. As you point out, it should check for eligible flights and then based on fare class apply a 30-50% credit of the points. It shouldn't need to have the route in its own database, the only valid point is that it credits to a QFF account.

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

Just got an email to say Aquire are dropping the membership fee from next week.

Yes we've been discussing on another Aquire thread (drifting off topic) - good news :)

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

Same here it also seems that Aquire points no longer expire every 12 months which is the way it should be. They must be concerned about low take up numbers and or renewals after the initial free period.

Dear John,

Haven't got the e-mail yet.

Does 'non expire after 12 months' apply to pending points? And what does it say at the other end of that '1' superscript at the end?

Here you go.

1. A business must be an Aquire Member to earn Aquire Points. A join fee of $89.50 applies. Fees are inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion. Aquire Points are offered under the applicable partner's terms and conditions and earning thresholds may apply. Aquire membership and Aquire Points are subject to the Aquire Terms and Conditions available at www.aquire.com.au

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

Ta amaroo I suspect pending points will still vanish after 12 months, else it removes one of the main incentives (or prods) to keep spending; can't really fault them for that.

Anyone got their points from Regus yet?
I've waited patiently for months but still got nothing. Called Aquire and was told points from Regus do take longer to post and there is not much they can do about it from their end.
Talking to Regus directly didn't help either :(

I've only rung Regus once (and that was back in November I think) and still nothing from there. Just couldn't be bothered calling them up again, but I still do want the points eventually!
