Gday

I need to book a SYD- LAX flight for a specific date later this year however there is a fair chance I might have to cancel it well before the travel date. The question is: if i book a Business Flex ticket(fare class C or J) and then cancel it will i get a full refund back to the credit card I booked it on or will they issue me with some type of credit voucher which is of no use to me?

From what i can tell it is a full refund(minus credit card booking fee) but i would like reassurance as it is a lot of money that will be flushed down the toilet if they give a voucher or similar. BTW i just rang 13 13 13 to ask but they said the wait time is over an hour so i am hoping the brains trust here can help in less time then that ;-p

Thanks.

Pele.

I have cancelled fares and had a refund to the credit card very quickly. The conditions for the various fares are quite accurate. If a voucher is the only option when cancelling then it will say so.
