Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

So after my recent saga of an offset never being deducted or applied, the green tick has now been applied to my account, but the reward not available for choosing.
The email asked me to wait 21 days before escalating... the wait begins.
 
I contacted support today and they said they'd look into it and get back within 10 working days - curious how long it took them to get back to you?
Three days. They are now communicating with a “specialist team” to resolve the issue.
