Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

That said, I had to request manual points and green tier credit, which was a bit of a pain, as it all happened after my membership year end.
I really hope this isn't the case for me as it's rather important that I get it within 5 weeks - but thanks for your reply, it's extremely informative. I can see the hotel booking showing in my qf apps upcoming trips so I'm hoping it isn't the same for me - will report back though. I assume if points credit correctly then the leaf will too. I managed to get 4/5 leaves showing this week so the hotel is my last.

I could see the hotel booking as normal in my Qantas hotel bookings too. Hopefully my situation was exceptional, but I'd make sure you have paper receipt from checkout etc. I'd also consider perhaps charging something to your room so there's something additional to process at checkout (ie a final bill to settle, rather than just confirming all is pre-paid) as that also might trigger the kind of reconciliation that's required.

Without wishing to add to your stress over this, when I contacted Qantas about it around 2 weeks after the stay (and just before the end of my membership year, which was relevant for earning green tier) they said that because Qantas hotel points can take up to 8 weeks to credit, there's nothing they can do about missing points until that window has elapsed.

Requested to offset a flight with points a few days ago, a few days after work paid cash for the ticket
Nothing has happened, showing as requested on the booking page.
Any recent experiences with resolving this? Just to save calling the wrong number or going around in circles...

I had one a couple of months ago that showed as requested up until the flight. It never got processed. I never really followed up beyond one call...
