Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

Can someone be able to clarify after receiving their "Activity Unlocked" through Recycle Smart; how long did it actually take for the green leaf to appear under the QF account (under Green status)?
Ages. The website states it should take up to 6 weeks. I didn't get anything after waiting 8 weeks, had to reach out to the QFF Service Centre with screenshots from ReSmart. They had it manually credited within a week of me initially reaching out.

Also reaching out to ReSmart they advised that they send the data through to Qantas weekly, and that Qantas were the ones who set the 6 week timeframe so kind of wiped their hands of it. It almost seems as if the batch file goes to some random inbox at Qantas and someone gets around to processing it if and when they feel like it.
