SYD+1 had that also (quick leaf and 500 Green Bonus).I have just noticed that I have received 1000 points as a 'green bonus'. The points for the wine have not posted yet.
Is your flight in the next couple of hours? I found the exact symptoms you are describing in June, when i booked a flight within a few hours, then tried to add the offset. I didn't call, I just offset a later flight, that was in my next year so I missed what i was going forHas anyone had trouble adding the voluntary carbon program to their upcoming trip? As i cannot get it to add to my trip in the app and web site.
I am on the phone to QFF and am on hold after 15 mins of asking the same question to 4 different operators in 3 different departments and no one has any idea how or why its not working.
So when i press the link in Green tier to add to voluntary carbon program it takes me to my booking page where i find a link to add the program to my trip. When i press this link, it scrolls down to a link for upgrading your flight experience and i tried this link and nothing happens (I am already in business class on a domestic flight anyway)
It’s just the hotels on that list.Does anyone have a complete list of the applicable hotels or is it limited to the list on the below website? There are only 2 for Victoria
Do you have any plans to travel to Bris? I do regularly for work and it has the better selection of "green" hotels in the multiple Accor properties. Each to their own but I find the Ibis Styles on Elizabeth St to be handy as a budget option for work trips, there's the Mercure/Novotel/Pullman/Sofitel if you prefer something a bit more upmarket. So it appears that Recycle Smart does not cover my area in Victoria (Mornington Peninsula).

Ah so was mine - good tip, I never knew that!Turns out that one of my flights is a Qantaslink (NJS) flight, so this makes the whole trip ineligible for carbon offset!
Hi Waz, is a quick jump to Red Energy an option? You only have to go with green power add-on for a month or so (just check it's actually on the bill - took months for me as they didn't add it and I waited rather than check). Shame to hear about Recycle Smart as i too am on the peninsula and had plans to use them in the future. So it appears that Recycle Smart does not cover my area in Victoria (Mornington Peninsula).

@he3at - Green power is generally backdated to the start of the billing cycle you are in when you ask for it, so you will have a bill soon showing green power being paid for in October, so in your 2024/25 year... definitely worth a call or email to QFFThink you might struggle @he3at sadly.
But always worth an email to plead your case. Red Energy forgot to add my Greenpower tariff in but my contract stated it so fortunately I got my leaf. Usually you don't get points/leaf until after 1st billing cycle.
OK, thanks for the replies!@he3at - Green power is generally backdated to the start of the billing cycle you are in when you ask for it, so you will have a bill soon showing green power being paid for in October, so in your 2024/25 year... definitely worth a call or email to QFF
QF will have it on record, but if I were you, I'd take a screenshot for reference. What's the best way to prove my current 4 green leaves exist since they'll probably all disappear tomorrow?
Screenshots @he3at ?OK, thanks for the replies!
The Redenergy rep did tell me that greenpower will be effective from the start of the current billing cycle, which was about a week ago. Looks like I'll just have to wait for the power bill to arrive.

You beat me to it again @DejaBrewQF will have it on record, but if I were you, I'd take a screenshot for reference.
