Is anyone else experiencing this when trying to log on:

Frequent Flyer Temporarily Unavailable

The Qantas Frequent Flyer service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.
Please try again later or contact your local Qantas office.

Could not open the FF page, could not open the 'awards' page for bookings and received the same reply to Serfty when I try to log on.

worked ok for me just now.
I should have been specific: The Qantas.com web site is fine; it's when you enter your FF PIN number and try to access the Frequent Flyer pages that problems start.

When logging in via home page, I get the error, however, using NM's links, it allowed me to log in.

Hope this helps.

Hmm, was down for me about 5 mins ago with the maintenance error message.... but up again now that I check.

Wonder if there is a contact number on the QF site if the AFF site is down :?:

Seems OK today; perhaps it was because yesterday was the last day of the Domestic Sale, the International Sale & the 20% off Domestic Award sale... making the site was very busy.

(I snapped up a couple of the MEL/BNE specials for $218 return each.)

Ah, we were on the site snapping up the same tickets serfty (We're coming down in 2 weeks for a wedding and I'm staying to do some work). Makes sense as to why it was experiencing some problems.

Mrs LW got a $110 BNE/MEL fare, but can't remember the return fare (all up I remember it was $322 return, including taxes/GST). I bought an S class down and a K return, cost ~$590.

If unable to log on to the Qantas ff page as it would appear has occurred over the past day or so, and you had to book an award flight, I wonder if Qantas would charge you the 2500 points to do it over the phone??

Yes.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
