Qantas First Class menus

Oh wow- Bollinger Grande Annee! That’s my absolute favourite Millesime. Impressed to see it on Qantas though I know quite a few people who don’t like it. It’s admittedly quite a refined taste and not really something for Champagne beginners.
Ahh yes, impressive to see it on the list … that did not translate to being served on board. We were served the Bollinger PN AYC18.

QF64 - JNB-SYD - JUN 2025

At checkin (which opened at 2:30pm) was invited to the BA lounge and on entry the BA agent indicated we were welcome to enjoy First Dining until 4:30pm due to BA customers. N.B. the first BA flight was scheduled for 7:30pm. In any event we rocked up at 4:30 and promised to leave within an hour and it was no problem.

I know it’s technically OT but it was part of the QF F product at JNB so here it is:

I saw the fish dish and it looked really good, much more “First” than the curry that I chose. Curry and lamb tasted quite good. Champagne was Moët.

Happy to report it was served generously on the return QF64 🥂
