I'm having the opposite experience with the tool bar - I keep getting points credited even though the company IT people uninstalled it because it was "unapproved" :p

Clearly "big brother" (QF?, Bing?....) is always watching - a bit like Google Chrome disabling an app on my laptop that otherwise stopped Google monitoring my use, but then allowing the app to be (re)installed, through Google, with a version that allows them unrestricted tracking.
 
If you were concerned about having her physical EDR card you could order something online using her number
You don't need to physically have the Everyday Rewards card with you.

My number is in my phone and gets used anytime I want to make a purchase on that account.
 
ive given up on using the toolbar.

99% of the time I recieve a rejected msg saying that the points have been rejected.

It's not that hard - generally the repeat searches will get rejected, but once the search is rejected it gives you a link thy will explain why.

i find it quite straightforward; I only run the extension for a few days a month until i get to the 150. It does seem to slow the browser down somewhat when multiple greedy sites are open.
