Off topic but has anyone else noticed that in the last few weeks the Woolworths grocery specials have gone from starting Monday and ending Sunday to starting Wednesday and ending Tuesday?.
Interesting strategy change.
Cheers

SWMBO mentioned this at least a month ago maybe more (yes I hang on every word) that's in ADL

It happens. You were extremely lucky for 6 months. Some of us have not had offers for months on end.

My household has 4 cards and between them usually gets an offer every few weeks. However one card alone has just had our best run yet over the past 3 weeks. First 3x points, then spend >100 for 500 bonus points, then 2x points.

If the cupboards weren't so full I'd be excited to see what comes for next week.

I have switched between the two without any major problems.

My problem is that last week I got sent the liquor promotion (i.e buy x get y points or z fuel). I chose the fuel, and it is still only showing up as 4c/l on my account. I will be spewing if I only get 4c/l off instead of my supposed 10c/l tonight when I go to fill up

I got the same promotion, the 12 cents voucher just landed in the account, off to fill up both cars tonight as with careful planning they are now both nearly empty...

So using the one voucher to fill up both cars (against the T&C's) and paying with the QEDRCC (at the pump so nobody knows I'm fudging the T&C's) is going to harvest 954 points.... Not bad at all

EDR + QEDRCC = Real easy QFF points earn

This is great, but has anyone noticed that the E-Pump system seems to be either having problems, or is being switched off (like Mobil did, years ago). I wonder if E-Pump is impacting store revenues for Coke & chocolate. Three of the WW Caltex service stations I visit often have the E-Pump switched off, or displaying an error 'out of service'. It is usually only on in peak time (eg the morning of cheap day). Very disappointing!

Must be due for a quarterly statement next week, if you can delay shopping at the various brands ;).

I just received this months statement and it shows zero points earned, even though I've put $5K through the card. Anyone have a similar issue? Will have to call them on Monday ...

Is it one car, or based on volume? Coles used to limit fills to 150L (number of vehicles not specified, and if one vehicle took more than 150L then bad luck).

Mind you, I havent shopped at coles for a while, and have a BP card so WW fuel offer pretty useless too.

This may be true, but there is still incentive to go into the shop and buy something... Extra 4 cents discount for purchases over $5 HOWEVER if you have selected to have FF points instead of the fuel discounts, then there is absolutely no need to go into the shop...!

Now I would think that woolworths see this as a level playing field, if you pay at the pump then it costs them the same as in the shop (pay at pump they don't get additional sales, but they also don't have to give the additional discount...)

Ok, its Sunday night again so it should mean that the EDR bonus emails are soon to be sent out. I say "should" on the fact that a few of us received an email bonus offer on Wednesday last week....Not the usual Monday morning. So who knows what EDR have install for us this week...?

On a side note, My EDR harvest was exceptionally good this week netting well over 2k in points, hope to see some more double point offers in the inbox tomorrow morning.
:cool::cool::cool:

I thought it was time for quarterly offers? I need some ink for my printer so am waiting patiently for the "spend at 3" to head to Big W.

As my dad used my card the other week, me not shopping had no effect on the points that have appeared in my account. Oh well!

Yeah it's about that time samh004

Hopefully there is some "Tax time" bonuses too...!

Same offer I got last week.

$90-$119 7c or 200 points
$120-$149 9c or 250 points
$150+ 15c or 400 points

That is the offer I got this morning after many weeks.
Do I have to spend the $150 in one transaction to get the 400 points or can I get $70 today and $80 on Friday?
Thanks in advance.

I attempted to get off the Woolies Liquor offers I had been receiving all year by not activating the last offer 3 weeks ago. Since then I haven't bought any liquor in woolies and have swiped my card for all grocery purchases to try and trigger a different type of offer. I got a different offer alright - nothing, no offers at all  Oh well, that strategy didn't work :(

So after a couple of weeks with no offers, this morning I received the Woolie Liquor offer again  Don't these people realise that I eat and buy many many many other products other than alcohol from a range of their stores, not just Woolies.
