Qantas FF and Woolworths create new loyalty alliance

Has anyone that took advantage of the Fresh Food/3 Brand promos that ended 26th September seen their points hit yet? I've not see them on the Everyday Rewards site, nor in the weekly QF xfer (just my base points transferred).

It said 'within 7 days' but from what i've seen it's always on a Friday, and there seems to be no sign of it (This is the first time i've actually taken advantage of any of the bonus offers). Is it usual for them to take longer than the stated 7 days?

Mine hasn't come up either, I was able to shop at all three brands within a couple of days of the offer

The first time they offered the promotion it took for ever, then last time it was 7 days, and every 7 days again LOL, so I would say they have gone back to step 1, when it doubt, do it slowly.

Just had a look at SWMBO's offer email related to the 3 brand 700 points. Instead of a brand offer she got an offer of 500 points for updating her DOB.

Not sure what they thought it had changed to......

Hope she took the points.

When I made the final purchase of the 3 brands, it was included as a bonus within the last purchase, but they haven’t been transferred to QFF yet.

No idea what the Bast Points for shop is. Seems strange. I noticed the "Total Bonus Points Earned" column did just appear, but there's nothing for the 2 x fresh food over $50 and 3 store promo yet.

Interesting. I've not got anything. I'll have to call them and ask I think. I have the BWS and Big W xfers separate to my regular Safeway/Woolies one, but nothing else.

Still nothing on the EDR site either. Although the EDR site doesn't show the BWS/Big W xfer as being sent yet.

I'm in the boat full of people that haven't got their 700 points. Have checked and the three qualifying purchases are there - but no sign of them points.

The EDR site hadn’t shown anything as being sent yesterday, despite it being received. Great site.

There has long been a dsconnect in my account between what EDR says had been sent, and what Qantas were receiving.

The 700 points from the last quarter don't show as having been sent, despite them having been recieved 5 times!

Just got an email saying you can now choose whether to get $0.04/litre discount or earn 2 points/litre with your fuel voucher.

You’ll see this noted on both the EDR/QF website and discussed in this thread for the past 2 pages or so

I received 150 points for the deli promotion and 400 points for the fresh food promotion today. (Both more recent than the 700 point promo)

I got 5 times 400 miles for fresh food. seems what I would expect, so all good.
