Qantas double status credits: Register & book between 12-18 March 2025

I have a heap of domestic flights booked on the 17th and 18th March (all domestic cash fares), none of the DSC have appeared at all yet in my SC earn Activity Statement. Many of them have already been flown in April and May

Is the deal still that you have to call QFF and get them credited properly on the phone, or is there a less time-wastey way of making Qantas honour this offer?

Email [email protected] with your DSC registration email, e-tickets, and boarding passes.

You will receive an SR reference for the email. If you hear nothing after a week and the DSC still haven't credited, then call.

Thanks Ade. Actually I was referring to the standard points and status credits. Normally get credited before flight lands or within the day. Nothing happened to this one yet.
oh the normal ones are usually right away after the flight is done (or in some cases, right after the flight is closed). I may have had instances in the past where it took 24 hours for the normal/original SCs to appear and up to 48 hours for the DSCs to appear. Guess what you have experienced is normal. Give it another day and see if the original SCs land.

Hi Ade, now the question is since the normal points/SC were manually processed.
Am I now in the awkward position to wait for 8 weeks for DSC?

It sounds like the DSC will need to be manually credited which means you'll probably be in for the 8 week wait before they'll do anything.

In saying that, it doesn't hurt to try. I'd suggest trying the FF email rather than the standard customer support.

Any chance QF will try and match VAs current DSC promo?

Interestingly, my DSCs have been automatically added only one day after the normal SCs are added, which have been added on same day of the flight.

Based on my limited experience, if the standard SC are processed correctly by the system, the DSC are usually added the following day.

However, I don’t understand how the Qantas system could miss the regular SC and points for a QF flight, booked on a QF ticket, by a QFF member. Isn’t that a straightforward and basic IT process? Even my missing points claim was rejected by the system... It’s incredibly frustrating dealing with Qantas. Glitches like this could happen at any point in the process.

Now, no one seems to know how long it’s going to take. I’ve been told by a couple of agents that, according to the T&Cs, I may have to wait up to 8 weeks for the DSC to be credited—and there’s nothing they can do in the meantime.

QF did 2 DSC promos last year. I think there’s a good chance they will do at least two again this year. Maybe not till after the July school holidays though.
Have heard through the grapevine they are considering a DSC promo for all North American flights in October given the lower demand and weakening AUD. Watch this space...

I happened to inadvertently book the afternoon prior to the DSC, however still got the bonus - could they have had enough of manually processing DSC’s and now just start the previous day UTC?
