Hello Fellow Nomads,
I'm based in Adelaide and have noticed Qantas have started to replace the 737s with 767s on some of the domestic routes at busier times. Unfortunately this means the chance of Op-Ups are now almost non-existent.
Perhaps I've been spoilt but I'm used to always getting the pick of the Economy Seats and thus always choose Row 4 so I can stretch my legs out completely. I've discovered Row 23, the front row in the 767-300, doesn't allow this due to the bulkhead. I did a walk of the plane to check out all the seating and the legroom didn't appear to be better anywhere else, even the Exit Rows looked cramped.
Is there an Economy Seat with better legroom or am I best to try and avoid the 767s where possible, as I spent most of the flight standing up last time, due to feeling so cramped?
I'm open to any suggestions you may have.
