If anaphylactic shock, an expired EpiPen should be used - better than no pen (fully trained in the use of such devices because of my work)From another forum:
A child had a serious anaphylactic reaction and went into shock to the peanuts/snacks that were handed out hours into the flight. But the EpiPen presented/used had expired. Was it a QF pen, a Drs pen or the child’s EpiPen - dunno
