So Happy- after reading all the issues with members trying to get travel credits, rebookings and spending hours on the phone with Qantas - I decided to use messenger. Sat night I sent a message asking for a refund for my flight Melb to Jnb Return as I felt I will never travel again due to the costs of the fare increase - $2,300 to over $5,000. On Sunday morning I was told I would get a credit in 60 days to my credit card - I thought here we go but sat back . On day 30 I checked my credit card and the full return amount has been credited - so happy no hassle. thanks
