waaaaa There is a w@nk number? must have missed that.
I've always called through to 13 13 13 and gotten straight through. Just saw the different number on the back of the card. I thought it was just for Qantas Cash related stuff, I never read the instructions (all my Ikea furniture is wobbly).
I guess it might make sense for a non WP to call through and just hit zeros until they get through to an operator. Didn't realise the the queue was getting so bad.

I think 131313 plus Plat FF number has same effect

Just as I believe the 'secret' number minus the Plat FF number loses the effect.
Really makes you wonder why they bother with it.

If there are too many calls in the queue you might have to wait a while on the usual number before you have the opportunity to enter your FF number and until then they DKWYA

Correct. If I mistakenly key the wrong number and end up on hold for more than 5 mins, I hang up, try again, and get straight through. ðŸ
