This voucher is only valid in Domestic (Australia/New Zealand) and International Business Qantas Club lounges

Seems like there's a bit of daylight in there that doesn't expressly exclude the Domestic Business lounges. As with Danger's dating dilemma, I'm sure an appropriately informed lounge dragon would impose the stricter interpretation, but it is somewhat misleading.

I wonder (given the Australian Airlines reference) whether these were printed a few years ago and are simply being used now - not sure how old the previous passes were, but it did seem like they simply had the date printed on them and could have been stockpiled for a while before that.

Also, I didn't think there was such a thing as 'Domestic New Zealand' lounges any more?

Dear Qantas.

Who is "Australian Airlines"? Or did you have a mind warp back to the past? And where are your NZ domestic lounges????

Considering it also has the 'old' Qantas logo. Dare I say that invitation has been around for a while too?

I cannot believe some of the prices people are paying for Qantas Lounge complimentary invitations on eBay. The latest one went for USD61.25 with just over 1 month expiry.

Qantas Lounge Complimentary Invitation

Interestingly though, that figure is close to what you’d pay to get into a Virgin lounge these days, so it’s about right, even if it does seem extraordinarily high for us with access through other means.

Interesting point about the old logo and the reference to Australian Airlines. Perhaps they aren't as new as I thought.

I think I'll take one to a couple of lounges (before I actually need to use them) and get an agent's interpretation or advice as to what I should do about the date.
