Frustrated Qantas Business Rewards member here.

I did not pay to join (luckily!) but feel sorry for those who have.

My points for flights and hotels are never posted. I get relentless error messages whenever I use the 'claim missing points' form. My messages to customer service remain unanswered. I spent close to 40 minutes in the phone queue one day when I tried to contact them by phone.

My business insurance (GIO) is no longer eligible to earn points.

Luckily I have over 3,000 points so thinking I will just cash out and abandon the program.

Have others had a more positive experience?

I've found it quite good, though we've had hiccups with a couple of flights posting. Usually a follow up email gets it sorted pretty quickly.

Similar experiences to @blackcat20 Having said that, I probably only check my account quarterly.

They just threw me another offer via email. Goes well with my current DSC offer :D

We’re boosting your balance with 500 bonus Qantas Points for your business on every Qantas flight.

Simply register and book eligible Qantas flights from 2 October 2018 - 10 October 2018 for travel by 30 November 2018. Don’t miss out on landing 500 bonus Qantas Points or more for your business.

Every little bit helps.

Just checked my account and every flight has posted (but that's all I generally put to Business Rewards).

@Flyinfish, how do you book your travel, accom, etc- through QF BR website, or via a Travel Agent? All of my booking are through a TA and i religiously check that my QFF and ABN are in the bookings...

Bumping this post as we've had a few issues recently.

Book on Qantas's website, with our ABN number but nothing shows up on the account.

Then go into the account and try to get the flights added under 'claim missing points', and the message "
UNFORTUNATELY YOUR CLAIM COULD NOT BE PROCESSED

Sorry, but the flight details don’t match our records. Please check them against your itinerary. Remember to submit claims based on each leg of the trip including stopovers, transits or any time you receive a new boarding pass." comes up - this is despite an invoice & boarding pass with the details on them.

PITA to then send Qantas an email to follow-up.

Might be worth for those that have an BR account to check every so often

I’m new to QBR (this week for fee) but I’m impressed with the seamless linkage of my primary QFF account and QBR account. It’s even prompting me to add my ABN to all my existing bookings.

Let’s see how I go with my first future booking.
