Has anyone asked for a refund on Qantas business Flex and had any problems with anything other than a complete refund to credit card. Thinking about South America for a cruise and looking to lock in prices so I might just book and get a complete refund if I decide not to go. I know it does say full refund but just want to be ultra careful with that amount of money

If it says refund, then you'll get a refund, less any fee they'll charge. They may try and play games and try and get you to put it into credit, but you just say no and you'll get the refund.

The Qantas refund policy is confusing (e.g. voucher if ticket T & C specify this), and I think the ACCC ruled a cash refund is to be given if requested (regardless of policy or ticket T & C).

The Qantas refund policy is confusing (e.g. voucher if ticket T & C specify this), and I think the ACCC ruled a cash refund is to be given if requested (regardless of policy or ticket T & C).

ACCC was more concerned about issues when there was a performance failure under the ACL.

In change of mind situations, it's a policy thing as to how they do it.

So there would be a difference between "flex" and "fully flex" ticket refunds?
