Qantas Business Class meals & menus

Just for a point of comparison. This was CX HKG to PER. A flight of a little under 8 hours. The food was seriously good. The broth was amazing. The burger and fries pretty impressive for plane food. The patty was moist and the chips while not fresh out of a fryer were decent. Two large meals and great service.

QF26 SYD-HND

Substantial portions for both breakfast and lunch - everything delicious. QF J catering ex HND was better than I remember it.

Top notch service from CSM Fleur (coincidentally mentioned her in this thread back in Apr 2023!) and FA Tomomi made this is a really memorable flight. I often give QF a hard time but could not fault this flight.
 
Options were cold roast chicken slices on salad or beef tagine with pearl barley. I had the latter:

I had the same options on my BNE-MEL flight last night.

Possibly even the same red wine? After one glass, I switched to bourbon and ice with water.

I thought the beef was quite good, even if underwhelming for J class. And there was sourdough:
