Hi all,

Nice to be back posting and browsing here more often after a grounded two years.

Last year I finally got around to joining QBR with my own small company. I am now needing to make first company bookings. Obviously want to take advantage of latest promo plus possibly fare discounts. However, the website has some bug I can't fix. I've tried on multiple machines and multiple browsers and the following occurs:

- select details on home page with dates, destination and passenger etc
- hit search
- at first it loads as if it's searching through the booking engine but then it either just returns to the QBR homepage or I get "404 bad gateway request" error. I've tried clearing cookies and that didn't work either.

What's going wrong with my system? Has anyone else had any issues booking through QBR?

Cheers

Unless you’re trying to book a fare that actually comes with a QBR discount (flex Y/J and maybe a couple of others), just try booking normally and add your ABN.

If your accounts are linked correctly, it will ask you if you’re booking for your QBR company.

When I tried to check my Qantas Business account this week I got a message saying "something went wrong" and to check back later. I've also been trying to check my Qantas lounge passes for the past couple of months, but when I click the link from my QFF account I continually get that same message. Is anyone else having similar problems?

I get that sort of error quite often (after entering my QBR password). I just press the login button again and it goes through. I suspect it’s something to do with TFA and/or browser cookies (you could try clearing the browser cookies etc).
