Qantas bookings to Europe still comignup via LHR

Tried mucking around with flights and looked at flights to Munich form Melbourne on Qantas site. It still came up flying to LHR and then coming back to Munich on BA instead of the more sensible Dubai Munich option with QF and Emirates.
 
While the partnership has been announced, it hasn't been implemented yet, so I don't think you will be seeing to many changes just yet.

Yes however if you look at flying to Colombo it shows up code share with Emirates
 
Emirates has long shown up in the search results for some destinations.
