No sign of anything points-wise here, booking late November, travel early December. Also via Viator.

Sorry to hear this. Please note, points can take up to 6-8 weeks to credit from the time of the activity.

If it's been longer, please contact our Frequent Flyer team (either 131131 or [email protected]) to follow up.

Thanks Red Roo.

I am waiting out the 6-8 weeks, but fully expect to have to claim.

After a lot of calls and emails, I now have the points. Thanks Red Roo.
Has anyone had the points credit without having to follow it up?

Have now received points at 1pt/$. Now 7 weeks post activity 1, 6 weeks post activity 2 (transfers fwiw).

Red Roo gets a break from having to intervene!:)
