Q Class on AA Flights - Earn Points/SC's

Hello
I am currently looking at booking some flights on the AA site to USA ( probably Dallas ) in March/April next year. The flights book into Q class, so I am not sure of the earn to QF is it .25? or should I credit to AA....I don't think I will earn any SC's, but while I am in the USA I am hoping to do a status run to help me retain Gold....

In general if you earn points from such fares you earn SC's

You should earn ... I'll dig up the page ... it may not be much though ...

25% earn on miles travelled, although there is a 500 point minimum.

I recall that it has only been the last couple of years that Q class did indeed earn.

Thanks for that Serfty, and if I book through the USA AA site and use my AA advantage number I could credit there instead? Appreciate your help
