PS Renewal QP Pass

Have just received my silver renewal kit, and have noticed on the pass it now states "You must present the invitation on arrival at the lounge and be travelling that day on a Qantas or Jetstar flight", so it looks like you can no longer use them, if flying on another airline.

That's a shame.. was hoping to use it when I fly Air NZ for the first time in October.

Its been that way for these invitations for some time now. I had one with an expiry date of the end of Sept 2007 that has that same restrictions, so its been around now for almost a year.

No problems.. I just remembered reading a thread a few months ago where the OP said they were able to use it when not flying QF, couldn't remember what their expiry date was though - so just wanted to see what everyone else had

Even then the old ones used to say oneworld airlines, so AirNZ would have ruled you out. Still i wish they sent a few out to Gold's to give partners etc. Or useful when you have an extra guest.
