Should one be notified when I've achieved the requirements for the various rewards?
 
As per the T&Cs

5.1. The Promoter will notify each eligible participant via email, during week commencing 25 November 2013, advising of their reward and details of how their reward will be delivered within Australia.

Looks like they've just sent an email stating all bookings must be made by Sunday the 6th. Spewing - I wanted the backpack and am staying on the 19th but highly doubt I will be able to book by the 6th!
 
According to my outlook, today is the day we are all set to be 'contacted' about our reward... Anyone here been emailed yet?
 
I thought everyone started work at 7am on a Monday?
A lot of fulfilment/3PL companies operate from WA where inwards goods are a short boat ride from Asia, while outwards goods can take advantage of follow the sun timings offering late cut of time for shipments for East Coast orders and cheap air freight, its on 4.30 over there.

I've heard nothing, but it does say that they will contact during this week. I'd like any colour than black for the case. Have gone off black, after standing at luggage reclaim for ages and it was a sea of black.

I'd take anything but blue - I mainly wear navy & blue so it would just look too weird.
 
I was just told by Accor customer service I should have received a confirmation email with a reference number, I have been skeptical from the start about this promo, when I registered there was no reply? Now they are saying there should have been and that I may not be eligible.

I have a "thank you for registering" email - but no reference number. I'll get on to a contact of mine tonight to ask what the go is.

Nope, not yet, but as soon as I do I will post. Will check up with them tomorrow if I haven't heard anything by then.
 
I have shot an email off to one of gm's who has been a great help a few times to see if she can't get us in contact with anyone at Le club to get some clarification.
