Hey all,

I'm just looking at booking a return flight to LST with the promo code. The outgoing is $90.85 and the return is $86.72 but the total is $181.70, I would expect it to be $177.57. Am I missing something blindingly obvious?

This sounds like something that was picked up not too long ago. I can't remember the outcome though.

I normally just trust the numbers - It was only because the total was small that it looked more obvious. Has Virgin been ripping us off for $5 on every journey lately?! :p

Could it be the discount is only for the base fare part and no discount off the tax amounts ?

I can't believe this is still happening!
Just looking at a MEL-LST return (without promo code) $89 + $84.88 - Total $178 o_0

If they are overcharging $4+ on EVERY online booking for this long, surely they must owe a LOT of cash by now?
Has anyone had any luck getting the money refunded?
