Attention Qantas!

Please can someone look into fixing this issue. When you try and change a booking it shows N/A across the board (except for Business) but if you place a new booking you can see the availability. I have now been through the call centre four times to make changes to bookings that I could previously do online.

Please can we sort this out soonest?

Just to avoid confusion, AFF helps to fix these issues through giving advice, not by directly fixing issues as it is not a QF help centre.
Saying that, the member RedRoo is the official QF rep, PM RedRoo and they may be able to help solve the problem.

I do understand the role that AFF plays but having tried to address this four times with the call centre I am just trying another channel. Yesterday I had a very arrogant call centre operator tell me it was all about my browser settings and when he went in as me and then saw the problem refused to acknowledge this was anything more than a temporary hiccough.

Could just be a hiccup with the new website? What kind of fare is it?

If it can't be done online, then the call centre should be able to make the change for you. Assuming the booking was made directly with QF.

Good luck :)
