Problems with ANZ Bank Qantas Double SC promotion?

Did anyone else register for a ANZ Qantas Card DSC promoton in October. (It may just have been for New Zealand members). I've just done a bunch of flying and no double credits (or points not that they matter so much) have turned up.

When I called the service centre the CSR said I hadn't registered. I am 99.998% sure I did but I don't have a registration confirmation email. I can't remember whether I got one and have since deleted it as part of cleaning up all the junk mail I get.

I seem to recall another message where the member reported being told by a CSR that Q were having "IT problems" with the DSC offers?

Did anyone else successfully register for this promotion ?

Are you sure its double SC? Maybe double points?

They don't normally offer SC's as part of a credit card..

Except Qantas abandoned NZ ten years ago leaving me stranded on Lifetime Silver and my membership basically useless!

and maybe they didn't bother to link up the campaign to the IT systems so its hard to actually collect.

It was double points and status credits. I used the offer to get to SG.
