Just wondering if anyone has had same issue.
Am trying to redeem points for 2 people to go Abu Dhabi in August.
I have the required points 91600 (points and pay including taxes).
However after going thru the process of supplying personal contact details etc to book
the pricing page comes up with minimum points to be used as 94000 + $ -23.01.
I tried to make the payment for $23.01 thinking this was required however a message comes up saying this
is a generic error and we are having difficulties processing you're payment request.
A similiar issue appears on trying to make return booking out of Athens.
Haven't tried the call centre as yet but will do so Monday.
Thanks.
By the way my first post.

Somthing has seemed off lately with the Etihad redemption fares. I too have been looking to book with them (Either Dublin/Athens) and my attempts to do a dummy booking hasn't been working very well. When I try to put 2 Adults from say SYD-ATH, even though I have 20-30k points over the amount needed for the 2 tickets it informs me I do not have the minimum required points in my account. However booking a single fare offers no resistance and lets me through. The "Not Avilable" tabs up the top throw me too.

Not sure if somthing got broken when they changed, sorry, "enhanced" the system the other day, or maybe when Singapore Air got added to the system. Hasn't seemed right lately that's for sure.

Edit: And yet Melbourne-Athens has no problems with 2 tickets for the same number of points on the same day. Weird.
