Priority phone service for Qantas Club members?

Just noticed on the Qantas Club benefits page that "priority phone service" is listed as a benefit of Qantas Club membership:

Surely this is either a joke or false advertising - or do Qantas Club members actually get served quickly by the call centre? 🧐

As QC Bronze.... yeah I had 2+ hour waiting times during Covid both before and after QC membership.
