There are two PP lounges in BHX
Just had the opportunity to try both after our flight went tech, immediately after we boarded the transit bus.
Aspire (our first random pick) is average - tired furniture, dull and limited food, family size bottles of sparkling water etc.
No 1 lounge is much superior and seems to be the lounge of choice for most airlines' business class customers - bartender bar, waiter service bistro and wide selection of self serve meals as opposed to snacks.
IMHO, do yourself a favour and head to the No 1 lounge
