Then that is clearly not right for whatever reason. I have used that lounge a dozen times with PP and never paid a cent - are you sure you had an active PP card? The AL does indeed have limited F & B but certainly free and acceptable showers.In Singapore in 2012 we used a priority pass to get into the T3-Ambassador Transit Loungeand thought it was a total waste of time.-at that time it was cramped, little choice of alcohol & you paid for what you had and it was pay for a shower
